La Compañía Internacional de Danzas “La Marrupeña” fue formada en el año 2008 bajo la dirección del Licenciado Ernesto Sunde, y se ha sostenido desde entonces en forma independiente, por bailarines y músicos de provincia de Santa Fe, Córdoba y Buenos Aires.The International Dance Company "The Marrupeña" was formed in 2008 under the direction of Mr. Ernesto Sunde, and has since held independently by dancers and musicians from Santa Fe, Cordoba and Buenos Aires.
Con la intención de reflejar en los escenarios del mundo la esencia del folklore argentino, y a un tiempo, ofrecer un espectáculo dinámico, atractivo e interactivo, se realiza de manera integral la formación de sus miembros.
In order to reflect on the stages of the world the essence of Argentine folk music, and a while, a show dynamic, attractive and interactive comprehensively takes the training of its members.
La Compañía ha participado del 6º Encuentro Internacional de Folclore, en Lago Ranco, Chile en el año 2010, así como en el 3º y 4ºFestival Internacional de Folclore, en Porto Alegre, Brasil, también durante el año 2010 y 2012 respectivamente. En 2013 participó de Festival Mayor de Folklore de la Argentina, Cosquín. También participó de la semana Criolla en Montevideo, Uruguay. Debido al nivel artístico alcanzado y a la calidad de sus presentaciones recibe constantes invitaciones para concurrir a distintos festivales internacionales de folklore, siendo ya Pre- Seleccionada para el 5º Festival Internacional de Folclore, en Porto Alegre, Brasil durante la Copa del Mundo FIFA 2014.
The Company has participated in the 6th International Meeting of Folklore, in Lago Ranco, Chile in 2010 and in the 3rd and 4th International Folklore Festival in Porto Alegre, Brazil, also in 2010 and 2012 respectively. In 2013 participated in Mayor Folklore Festival of Argentina, Cosquín. Also participated in the “Creole week” in Montevideo Uruguay. Due to the artistic level achieved and the quality of their presentations received constant invitations to attend various international folklore festivals, already Pre-Selected for the 5th Festival 4th International Folklore Festival in Porto Alegre, Brazil during the FIFA World Cup 2014.
